The hotel’s spa invites guests to unwind in a peaceful atmosphere. Facilities include a sauna, steam bath, warmed vitality pool, a calming room with aqueous beds, and a fully equipped fitness space featuring techno gym gear.

Jacks Brasserie, the hotel’s award-winning restaurant, serves refined brasserie cuisine with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. Guests dine in a stylish, contemporary setting with a curated wine list and attentive service.

With a panoramic view over the Federal Parliament, the Swiss Alps and other landmarks of Bern, the Sky Terrace is the place to be in summer. More casual dining is available in the Lobby Lounge Bar and the Cigar Lounge.

Breakfast is served at Jack’s Brasserie from 6:30 to 10:30. The Schweizerhof Breakfast includes a rich buffet and à la carte options –freshly prepared and included.

The hotel offers valet parking at a surcharge with the possibility to charge electric cars for free.

Valet parking is available for a surcharge, with complimentary charging for electric vehicles. Bern Railway Station is located just across the street, and major sights are within walking distance. Guests also benefit from free public transport throughout the city.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

Please note that a deposit of CHF 200 per day will be blocked on the guests credit card upon arrival to guarantee for incidentals.

Please note that on the day of arrival, the booking confirmation is also valid as a public transport ticket (including transfer from Bern Airport).

Opening hours at the spa:
Monday to Thursday: 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm, Friday 10.30 am to 9.00 pm, Saturday 9.00 am to 9.00 pm and Sunday 9.00 am to 8.00 pm.

Friday to Sunday we have Spa Slots that may be reserved in advance.

Please note that children under 12 years are only allowed in the spa area from 16:00 until 17:00 and need to be accompanied by an adult. Children from 12 to 16 years of age in the company of an adult have unlimited access to the spa area.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
